Ted has worked with some of Canada’s leading consumer packaged goods companies including Imperial Tobacco/ British American Tobacco and Estee Lauder Cosmetics. He has held a variety of leadership roles in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance and ERP implementation. His work in cross functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Administration has resulted in clearer communication, improved timelines and superior results.
Most recently, Ted has been focusing on helping SME business leaders and owners improve their business performance in order to enhance their bottom line. Ted helps clients understand and implement proven business concepts, which are guaranteed to generate a substantial ‘Return On Investment’. His strength is in helping the client see their path forward for improved performance and work with them to stay focused on their objectives. Ted’s work with business owners enables them to think more strategically about their business in order to make execution much more effective.
Ted is a graduate of Queen’s University with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Wilfred Laurier University. He has volunteered for a number of years with the Canadian Hemophilia Society to help in training and fundraising both at the local and national level. Ted is also an active member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and the Mississauga Board of Trade where he is the current chair of the Environment, Sustainability and Infrastructure committee.
